中国“丧偶式”家庭教育:过半家庭母亲抓教育 父亲缺位  10月22日—23日,“首届中国家长节”暨“家校社共育与家长教育国际论坛”在滨州举行,并发布了《中国家庭教育现状》白皮书。在白皮书中,根据从2014年5月到2016年5月,对全国28个省市的家长进行的问卷及网络调查,30余名专家进行了统计和分析。  白皮书也反映出了家长在教育方面存在的一些特点。如在教育中“父亲”角色依然存在一定程度上的缺位,而家长在对孩子高要求的同时,也往往存在超出实际情况的问题。  父亲主导教育的家庭还不足两成  在传统的观念上,许多人认为男主外女主内,当然这个“内”也包括了家庭中孩子的教育。直到现在,无论是国外还是国内,母亲在教育孩子的比例上总要大于父亲。在此次调查中发现有超过半数家庭中由母亲主导孩子的教育,而由父亲主导孩子教育的还不到两成。  由此可见,尽管夫妻双方都非常重视孩子的教育,但父亲在实际的教育过程中能够付诸实践的比例并不高。而实际上,父亲对孩子成长的影响至关重要,孩子的自信、果敢等品质需要父亲的引领。教育孩子往往需要理性的思维模式,但母亲多比较感性,所以在孩子教育的过程中常常不够冷静,而父亲大多比较理性,这样的心理特质最适合教育孩子,但结果却是父亲介入孩子教育的比例远远低于母亲。  虽然多数家长在教育理念上都在与时俱进,但是在孩子教育上还有很多的困惑和问题。其中不知道教育方法的占37.82%,没时间教育孩子的占26.19%,家庭成员意见不一的占15.93%。  对于家庭教育的最重要任务,有接近4成的家长认为应该是教给孩子做人的道理,有3成家长认为应该是教给孩子生存能力。相比于上世纪90年代,家长们已经能够分清楚家庭教育和学校教育的区别,教育观念也取得了一定进步。  四成以上家长认为孩子成绩一般  那家长们对自己孩子的表现满意吗?数据显示,仅有27.61%的家长对孩子的学习成绩表示满意,认为孩子学习成绩一般的家长占到了四成以上。这表明,学习成绩依然是家长们关注的重点,且孩子的成绩想要达到家长们的要求还不那么容易。  事实上,不是每个孩子成绩都可以读到最好,家长在对待学习成绩问题上还需要理性的态度。幸运的是,当孩子成绩不理想的时候,有接近77%的家长能够了解情况、找出原因,责备、唠叨的只占少数。  同样,认为自己孩子整体上非常优秀的家长也不多,刚刚超过20%,大多数家长只是认为自己的孩子还可以。其实家长对孩子的满意度关系到孩子的自信心、学习积极性和生活热情,对孩子一生的发展非常重要。这说明家长对孩子的评价标准偏高,多数家庭的评价系统还需要做一些调整,家长需要通过学习建立系统的家庭评价体系。  不少专家表示,对孩子过分严厉对其之后的成长存在一定危害。而家长对孩子了解、欣赏和恰当赞美、鼓励会增强孩子的自尊、自信。有些家长虽然在观念上认为应该尊重孩子,但在行为上还是有一点偏差。在调查中,有接近6成的家长经常或者曾经当着外人的面数落过孩子。这也是受到了“人前教子”传统观念的影响。  孩子做家务赚钱家长不能接受  在我国家庭教育中,如何培养孩子对钱的看法一直受到人们关注。关于财富观教育,6成以上的家长认为应该从小学开始,还有11%的家长认为应该从幼儿园开始对孩子灌输财富教育。而对于财富观的内容,47%以上的家长认为现阶段最重要的是让孩子学会管钱用钱,另外有1 4的家长认为应该让孩子学会劳动挣钱,只有6.5%的家长准备让孩子尝试投资。  从本世纪初开始,不断有教育专家提倡外国家庭让孩子做家务赚钱的方法。但根据调查来看,接受这一观点的家长刚刚超过10%,反而有74.38%的家长认为做家务与零用钱无关。这说明,在财富教育上绝大多数家长继承了中国传统家庭的教育观念,而少部分准备让孩子学习投资的家长,很有可能来自于商人家庭。  对于孩子将来的职业,80%以上的家长认为应该让孩子自由选择。但在上榜的几个职业中,也能看出来家长对于孩子的希冀。教师、科研人员、公务员(课程)和商人是最受家长青睐的职业。尽管如此,有专家表示,目前家庭和学校对于孩子职业规划方面的教育缺失严重。很多学生到大学毕业都不知道自己喜欢和适合干什么,而这一教育应该从小由家长和老师共同完成。  7成家长重视粗心问题,担心孩子专注力欠缺  此外,该调查还关注了孩子成长过程中的一些细节。例如孩子在上学后,粗心大意就成了老生常谈的话题,这也引起了家长对粗心问题的重视。有73.56%的家长认为粗心不是小毛病,反映的是还在在专注力方面存在欠缺。同时,大多数家长认为自己孩子的专注力一般或不够好。  中小学生的情商以及家长如何培养孩子的情商状况,是本次调查的一个重点。多数家长对自己孩子的情绪自控能力表示满意。满意的占22.62%,较满意的占53.11%,不满意的占22.8%。有专家表示,孩子的自控能力与家长息息相关。  多数家长认为自己的孩子遇到困难时能够自我鼓励克服困难,选择经常的占35.77%,选择有时的占50.14%。另外,大多数家长认为自己的孩子比较自信,占77.41%。在“孩子决定了的事情能坚持到底吗”选项中,选择“经常”的占30.89%,选择“有时”的占54.17%,选择“很少”的占13.75%。  (齐鲁晚报齐鲁壹点 记者 郗运红)   (齐鲁晚报)(齐鲁晚报)相关的主题文章:
